Has my order shipped?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You can edit / cancel /add and remove products before confirming your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer   editable.
 
How do I track my order?
Currently most of our batteries are shipped directly from the factory in Hong Kong. The average delivery time to most places in the world (including the United States) is 7-14 days. Please note that this is only an average estimate though and in some cases it can take a little longer.
We know that for our US customers shipping factory direct does take a little longer then it might normally within the United States. But if you don't mind waiting just a             little longer for your battery, the advantages are that you get some of the best prices around, access to a huge selection of batteries that are almost always in stock, and batteries that are very fresh (haven't been in storage for a long time, which can be important).
 
My order never arrived.
Click the VIEW MY ORDER link at the top right hand side of our site to see your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If 14 days         have past and your order never arrived, Please contact our customer service department for assistance
 
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please contact our Customer Service for assistance. We will reply to all customer inquiries within 1-2 business days excluding Weekends and legal US Holidays.
 
My product was damaged in shipment.
Megacapacity.com won't be responsible if mail carrier damages your product and optional insurance was not purchased. If you purchased optionalal insurance and your            product arrived damaged Please contact our Customer Service for assistance. We will reply to all customer inquiries within 1-2 business days excluding Weekends and legal US Holidays.
 
When will my backorder arrive?

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product. Please contact our Customer Service for assistance. We will reply to all customer inquiries within 1-2 business days excluding Weekends and legal US Holidays. You need to answer with your email the following questions:

1. Have you charged the battery for at least 12 hours before use ?

2. What model number have you received from us. Normally starts with CS... listing on the label/battery ?

3. Was brand and model of your device for which you intended to use the battery listed in our cataloge/ product description or cross-reference ?

 

Does MegaCapacity.com charge any sales tax?
Ans: No, we do not charge our customers any sales tax unless you reside in New York State.
 
What will be the shipping and handling charges for regular delivery?
Ans: Our shipping and Handling charges are always FREE unless you request optional methods.
 
What will be the shipping and handling charges for expedited delivery?
Ans: We currently do not provide expedited delivery option.
 
What is your refund policy?
Ans: To ensure customer satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, within 30 days from your purchase date, we will refund and/or exchange your purchases. See also our Returns-RMA & Mega-Warranty Plan pages. All you have to do is to contact our customer support representative at returns@megacapacity.com to       obtain a Return Authorization "RMA", and the address for return.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Original invoice must be included in the return package.         Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for original purchase.
 
What kind of payment do you accept?
Ans: We can offer payment method through the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners & Paypal. Orders that are sent in through       the post with cash payment, money order, etc. will not be processed and will be returned back to sender.
 
What is your warranty for the products?
Ans: Megacapacity.com  warrant to the end-user customer that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for One Year after the date of           purchase by the customer, unless Mega-Warranty Plan option was purchased.

All SLA and Two Way Radio Batteries ship from our U.S. Warehouses , these batteries ship within U.S only / No exceptions.
