Returns

MegaCapacity.com,'s policy is to provide our customers with superior service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the product(s) to us within 30 days. We will refund the full product price with no questions asked. Furthermore, most of our products carry a one year Manufacturer warranty (from original date of purchase) against defects in material and workmanship. In order to return a product, please email at Returns@MegaCapacity.com . Please be advised that our shipping is free on most products, customer is responsible for shipping charges if returning a product back to us.

Search
Our search engine lets you search by any combination of product names and part numbers. Simply type in the manufacturer name, model of your device or part number from your existing power product. Our powerful search engine will give you a list of all of the matches from our extensive product database.

Here are some examples:

• Searching by Manufacturer Name: Type "Garmin" to show all Garmin compatible items . You can then select a specific device from the list (for example, Garmin) to show all peripherals (batteries, AC adapters, etc) for that device. You can also type any part of the name to get the same result.
• Searching by Model Name: Type "iQue" to see all peripherals available for the iQue. You can also type any part of the model name, such as "3600"
• Searching by the Part Number: Entering Garmin battery part number "3600" will display that specific Garmin battery. You can search using any part numbers you have available: AC adapter part numbers, battery part numbers, even the computer or device part number. You can also enter any portion of the part number to do a broader search.
• If you still cant find what you are looking for please email us your device's Brand/Make name and Model number and we will cross-reference for you.

Once you've located the item you're looking for first: review your selection to make sure it is compatible with your device then click on the "Add" button to add the product to your shopping cart

If you want to change the quantity of an item you've already added to your order, type the new quantity into the quantity field and then click on "Update" to update your totals.

When you're ready to complete your order, click on the "Check Out" button in Your Cart.

The total amount of your order is equal to the price of your items plus shipping costs (which will be displayed at the time you place your order). Only New York residents pay sales tax.
 

Shipping and Delivery Times

MegaCapacity.com is proud to offer free shipping for all orders under 200 lbs. to anywhere in the continental United States including APO's and FPO's and other selected countries. Depending on your location, delivery may take one to two weeks from the date of shipment.

Most of the items we carry are in stock and will ship on the next business day if the order is placed before 2:30PM Eastern U.S. Time, or on the next business day if the order is placed after 2:30PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping times vary by shipping method:
(Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.)

• Free Shipping - Your order will be delivered within seven to fourteen business days. Tracking information will be updated within 2-3 Business days
• Insurance ( Optional ) - Your order will be delivered within seven to fourteen business days. This option includes Free Shipping and Optional Insurance against damaged or lost by Postal carrier products

In rare cases the item you've ordered will not be in stock. Our system will automatically notify you if this is the case and ask you if you still wish to place the order. If you decide to place the order, you will then be notified by e-mail as to the exact delivery date. We will ship the item to you as soon as it is available.
